By using our Garage Sale Signs, courtesy of The Village Real Estate Company,  and not putting signs on the utility posts, you keep our community clean and neat!

FIVE SIMPLE STEPS TO HAVING A GREAT GARAGE SALE:

1) First download our "How to have a Successful Garage Sale".
 If you are unable to download the PDF, we will provide you with a copy of these helpful hints when you pick up these signs.

2) Download the lastest "Garage Sale Use Agreement".

4) All signs must be ordered the week of the sale. There are a limited number of signs available as it is First Come, First Served basis.

5) Signs must be picked up the Thursday or Friday between 3:30PM - 5PM the week of the sale and returned by the following Monday between 9AM - 5PM in the back of the building. Please DO NOT leave the signs on the front porch!

Please note: The signs are a courtesy of The Village Real Estate Company. Due to high popularity our signs run out so no hard feelings.
